Mercedes G wagon w463 replace old steering wheel with new one from w210

How to put wheel from restyling model on w463 1995? The problem is only with horn connection. But this can be fixed with small changes.

Without changes you can fit steering wheels from the following models: w124 after restyling, w140 after restyling, w210 before restyling. From the left to right: original w463 wheel 400mm dia, w140 wheel 390mm dia, w210 wheel after restyling.

W140 wheel installed without any changes

You can physically install w210 wheel on steering column but can’t fit airbag from w140 to w210 wheel

To connect airbag from new w210 wheel to old connector you need to ‘tune’ airbag a little.
